TaskPine: Connecting Property Owners With Local Help—and Looking for Investors to Grow

A cleaner cancels hours before check-in. A guest reports a maintenance issue. A property needs supplies, but the owner is hundreds of miles away.

Behind every successful rental property are people who keep it running. Finding available help, explaining the work, and making sure it gets done can take hours of calls and messages.

That is the problem we are building TaskPine to solve.

TaskPine is a marketplace designed to connect property owners, short-term rental hosts, and property managers with local service providers. Our goal is simple: make it easier to find nearby help, organize property tasks, and follow each job through to completion.

We are now seeking investors and strategic partners to help move TaskPine into its next stage.

The platform’s core experience centers on a straightforward process: owners post a job with a clear scope, deadline, and budget; providers discover nearby opportunities and submit offers; both sides coordinate the work, document completion, and close the job through payment and review.

Our initial focus is on recurring needs such as cleaning, property checks, and restocking. The broader vision includes maintenance, outdoor work, and urgent property support as local provider coverage develops.

For owners, the goal is greater visibility and less time spent coordinating individual tasks. For service providers, it is a practical way to find local work and build relationships with repeat customers.

TaskPine grew out of founder Roman Lytvyn’s experience in real estate and short-term rental operations in Florida and Pennsylvania. The project reflects the everyday challenges of managing properties, coordinating service teams, and keeping homes ready for guests.

Our planned approach begins with focused local activity in the Poconos: bringing owners and providers together, learning from completed jobs, and measuring whether customers return. Those results will guide expansion into additional markets.

The proposed business model earns transaction fees when work is completed. Its potential rests on a recurring need: properties require ongoing care, and dependable service relationships can lead to repeat bookings.

Investment would support product development, provider recruitment, customer acquisition, and the operations needed to deliver a consistent experience. We also welcome partners with experience in marketplaces, property technology, hospitality, and growing local service networks.
